How long will my print take to ship?

Your print is produced by our trusted professional print vendor. Each print is made to order specifically to fulfill your order . Due to the nature of production, please allow up to 7 days for processing before shipping. Once shipped via complimentary ground shipping, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. As a small, independent business, we appreciate our customer's understanding of the nature of our business and current timeline. 


What does “made to order” mean?

"Made to Order" (MTO) refers to our manufacturing process, where production commences only after we receive a confirmed customer order.

Why are you unable to offer returns or exchanges? 

As explained above, each print is MTO, or created upon your order being submitted. Due to our inventory management, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please also note that any credit card/banking disputes filed that violate this policy will be rejected. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Do you offer local pick-up?

At this time local pick-up is considered on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed.  

Do you offer international shipping?

How will I know when my order ships?

Once your order is completed and ready for shipment, you'll receive an email containing tracking information. If you haven't received any updates beyond the estimated completion time, please check your junk/spam folders. For further assistance, feel free to contact us directly via email. 

My order said it was delivered, but I can't find it, can you send me a new print? 

Unfortunately, due to our bandwidth and capabilities a small business, we are unable to offer customer support once an order ships. 

If an order arrives damaged from transit or is lost, we kindly ask you to directly contact USPS, Fedex or UPS to problem solve as the matter is now in their hands. Meet Your Matches and its vendors are not liable for any lost or stolen items so we highly encourage you to use a valid, secure shipping address at the time of ordering. 

Can I customize my order?

While we maintain the integrity of our original artwork and do not offer modifications to existing prints, we do provide options for commissioned pieces. For more details, please visit our Custom Matchbook Art tab or contact us directly for personalized inquiries.


Are sales and promotional offers applicable to custom art?

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discounts and promotions are not applicable to custom projects. Each custom piece is uniquely tailored to the customer's specifications and involves original photography as the foundation of our creative process. 

Do you price match any prints found elsewhere at a lower price? 

We intentionally partner with a very curated group of retailers and shops as to avoid this. We do however offer different levels of fine art papers and materials to various retail partners, which is why you may encounter different pricing offered in the marketplace. Our verified retail partners are listed on our press page. Please reference to ensure you are purchasing a print from a genuine retailer. 

What mediums do you use to create your designs? 

Meet Your Matches is created through original photography, some prints also implement watercolor, hand illustration and graphic design.
