Shipping & Production

How long will my print take to ship?
Each print is made to order through our trusted professional print vendor. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped via complimentary ground shipping, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
As a small independent business, we truly appreciate your patience and support.
What does “made to order” mean?
"Made to Order" means production begins only after we receive your confirmed order. Every print is created specifically for you.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, expedited shipping is not available due to our vendor partnerships. For special requests, please reach out to us directly at hello@meet-your-matches.com.

Do you offer local pick-up?
Local pick-up may be possible on a case-by-case basis. Please email us to inquire.

Do you offer international shipping?

How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, please check your junk/spam folder, or contact us for assistance.

Do the prints come framed?
Prints arrive unframed so you can choose a framing style that suits your space. We recommend framing promptly upon delivery and using UV-protective glass or acrylic for longevity.

How should I care for my print?
Handle with clean, dry hands and avoid touching the printed surface. Keep out of direct sunlight and high humidity. For best preservation, frame with acid-free matting and UV-protective glazing, and hang away from heat sources or moisture. If storing, keep flat in a cool, dry place within an archival sleeve.

Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

Why can’t I return or exchange my print?
Because each print is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please note that any payment disputes filed in violation of this policy will be rejected.

My order says it was delivered, but I can’t find it. Can you send me a replacement?
Unfortunately, we are unable to replace items once they leave our studio. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) directly. We encourage you to provide a secure shipping address at checkout to help prevent issues.

Custom Artwork

Can I customize my order?
We don’t alter existing prints, but we do offer commissioned custom matchbook art. For details, please see our Custom Matchbook Art page or email us directly.

Are discounts or promotions valid on custom art?
No—unless specifically noted, sales and discounts do not apply to custom projects. Each commission is a one-of-a-kind piece based on original photography.

Pricing & Retail Partners

Do you price match prints found elsewhere?
No. We partner with a curated group of retailers, and some offer different materials or print finishes, which can result in varying prices. For authenticity, please purchase only from us or our verified retail partners listed on our Press page.
